Once self-exclusion starts, access to all Betind gambling activities across all product verticals is blocked, and marketing communications relating to Betind activities are suspended for the duration of the exclusion.

The request must identify the intended exclusion period and the user’s agreement to comply with the terms. Self-exclusion is available to individuals who meet the minimum age requirement applicable to Betind services in their jurisdiction.
After initial activation, the exclusion can be extended by submitting a new request to Betind Customer Care for an additional period. Extensions may cover one or more subsequent periods and are subject to confirmation by Betind.
On processing, the user’s Betind account will be suspended and the user will be denied access to all Betind services for the duration of the exclusion. The user will not receive promotional or marketing communications from Betind during the exclusion period.
Betind will take reasonable measures to enforce the exclusion. Users are reminded that attempting to circumvent the exclusion by non‑authorised access or through third‑party channels is prohibited and Betind disclaims liability for attempts to bypass self‑exclusion.
Early termination of an active exclusion by the user may be requested by contacting Betind Customer Care. Any termination shall take effect only after a cooling‑off period of 24 hours, during which the user may reconsider the decision. Upon expiration of the exclusion period, access to Betind services is restored automatically unless an extension has been approved.
Users should address any pending withdrawals or deposits before the exclusion begins. During the exclusion, Betind may pause new deposits and prevent processing of withdrawal requests except where required to complete transactions already authorised prior to the exclusion start date. Betind shall have no obligation to process withdrawals requested during the exclusion period.
All self-exclusion requests are handled in confidence and processed in accordance with Betind’s Privacy Policy. Personal data collected in connection with self-exclusion will be stored only for the duration necessary to administer the exclusion and to comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
Betind will provide information about responsible gambling resources and support services. Users may request information about local support organizations at any time during the exclusion period.
This Self-Exclusion Policy is subject to periodic review. Betind may amend the policy to reflect changes in regulatory requirements or business practices. The latest version will govern all active exclusions from the date of posting. Existing exclusions remain in effect until their term expires or as extended by the user’s subsequent request.
